We Stay With You After the Sale

Two-Year Full Warranty
Every safe we build carries a full two-year warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing and workmanship faults. Anything that comes up within that period is put right at no cost.
Your warranty document is handed over with the safe. We record its serial number, so when you call for service we can pull up its history straight away.

Lifetime Service After the Warranty
When the warranty ends, our support does not. Every safe we make comes with lifetime technical service.
Years later you can still come to us for a code change, lock servicing, a lost key or a mechanism adjustment. We continue to service safes we have sold since 1935.

Discreet, Secure Delivery
Nobody around you needs to know you have bought a safe. We handle delivery and installation with your privacy in mind — unmarked vehicles and a small, quiet team.
Our team agrees the delivery time with you and completes the job quickly and without drawing attention. Your address and order details are never shared with third parties.

Professional Installation
A steel safe is only as secure as its installation. With a ten-person team across Istanbul and thirty across Turkey, we fix your safe to the right surface, the right way.
Before installing, we look at where it will stand and agree the floor strength and anchor points with you. Afterwards we walk you through using it, step by step.

After-Sales Support Across Turkey
Our thirty-five-person after-sales team covers all 81 provinces. Whatever the issue with your safe, the nearest team to you is sent out.
For us the sale does not end when the safe is delivered. Our real responsibility runs until we know you are happy with it.

Bespoke Design and Added Security
Alongside our standard models we build to order — sizes, colors and interior layouts chosen around how and where you will use the safe.
Additional locking systems, internal compartments, velvet lining and special surface finishes are all planned with you before production begins.
